1. Who we are
Legal name: Client Server Engineering Services Corporation
Public name / DBA: CSESC
Address: 30 N. Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States
Email: jeffrey@csesc.com
Voice: (732) 907-8400
We sell Website Recreation, Google Business Profile management, AI Receptionist / Grok Voice, custom software, and business automation, and we operate related software products listed on csesc.com.
2. Services and refunds
Paid Operator services are described on their service pages. Unless a page says otherwise, each listed service is $149 per month; each additional service is $100 per month. AI Receptionist includes 200 minutes per month, then $0.10 per minute. Website Recreation: after 12 paid months the rebuilt site belongs to the customer under the service terms on that page. All services carry a 14-day no-risk money-back period as stated on csesc.com.
Quotes for custom software or automation are estimates until both sides accept a written scope. Hosting, third-party licenses, carrier fees, and usage above plan limits are extra unless a page says they are included.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate business information. You may not use the services for unlawful calls or texts, spam, phishing, or content Twilio or US carriers forbid (including the forbidden SMS categories in Twilio’s Messaging Policy). You are responsible for the numbers you bring (BYO Twilio, BYO AI keys) and for consent from your callers and customers.
4. SMS terms — CSESC Operator messaging program
Program name: CSESC Operator SMS
Brand names: Client Server Engineering Services Corporation, also known as CSESC and CSESC Operator.
Program description: transactional texts from CSESC about missed calls on our published demo or support lines, callback confirmations, and demo or appointment reminders for CSESC services. This program is CSESC-branded only. It is not a customer’s production texting program. When a customer’s own number is registered for 10DLC or toll-free messaging, that customer’s callers are texted from the customer’s number under that customer’s notices.
Types of messages: missed-call text-back, callback confirmation, demo / appointment reminders. We do not send advertising blasts or third-party offers on this program.
How to opt in: (1) submit a form on csesc.com/sms-demo or another CSESC form that shows an unchecked SMS checkbox and this disclosure; or (2) call a published CSESC number after we have disclosed that a missed call may receive one text at the caller ID you used; or (3) say yes to the verbal script our staff read. Consent is not a condition of buying any CSESC service.
Message frequency varies and is tied to calls you place and demos or jobs you book. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You may also email jeffrey@csesc.com. After STOP we will send one confirmation and then no further program texts unless you opt in again (reply START).
Help: reply HELP, email jeffrey@csesc.com, or call (732) 907-8400.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers vary; delivery is not guaranteed.
Age: you must be 18 or older to opt in to CSESC Operator SMS.
Privacy: mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except the text-messaging provider (Twilio) that delivers the messages.
More detail: SMS program page.
5. Voice
Calls to CSESC or to a customer’s Operator number may be answered by a human or by the AI Receptionist, recorded or transcribed, and may trigger the missed-call text described above. Inbound minutes and carrier usage bill as stated on the service page. A demo toll-free number is a preview line; it is not the customer’s published number until that number is provisioned and registered.
6. Customer content and numbers
You retain rights in your site content, listings, and recordings subject to the licenses needed to host and operate the service. You grant CSESC a limited license to host, display, and process that content to perform the work. You represent that you have the right to use any phone number you point at our systems and that you have obtained required calling and texting consent from end users.
7. Warranties and liability
Services are provided as-is except for the 14-day refund on listed Operator plans. We do not warrant uninterrupted carrier delivery, search-ranking outcomes, or that every call will be answered. To the maximum extent allowed by New Jersey law, CSESC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for carrier filtering. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service at issue in the three months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Jersey have exclusive venue, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where the harm occurs.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new effective date on this page. Material SMS-program changes will also be noted on csesc.com/sms-demo. Continued use after the new date is acceptance.
