Client Server Engineering Services Corporation, doing business as CSESC
30 N. Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States
Effective date: September 28, 2026

This policy describes how Client Server Engineering Services Corporation (“CSESC,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use csesc.com, reception.csesc.com, our software products, and our Operator services (Website Recreation, Google Business Profile management, and AI Receptionist / Grok Voice), including calls and text messages.

This policy is written so our SMS and voice programs can be reviewed by carriers and by Twilio. It is not legal advice.

1. Information we collect

We collect:

  • Identity and contact data: name, business name, email, postal address, and phone numbers you give us or dial.
  • Account and billing data: plan, invoices, and payment-processor tokens. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Website and product data: pages viewed, device and browser type, IP address, cookies, and form submissions.
  • Voice data: caller ID, called number, call time, duration, recordings or transcripts when a call is handled by the AI Receptionist, and voicemail.
  • SMS data: mobile numbers that opt in or call our published lines, message content we send or receive, opt-in and opt-out records, and delivery status.
  • Support data: emails, tickets, and demo notes.

2. How we use information

  • To provide the website, software, and Operator services you request.
  • To answer calls, return missed calls, and send the transactional texts described in our Terms and SMS program page.
  • To schedule demos, confirm appointments, and support your account.
  • To bill, prevent fraud, secure the systems, and meet law or carrier rules.
  • To improve call handling and message deliverability.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use mobile numbers obtained through SMS opt-in for third-party marketing.

3. SMS and mobile information — required disclosure

If you opt in to texts or call a published CSESC number that discloses missed-call text-back, we use that mobile number only to send the program messages you consented to and to honor STOP / HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging service (currently Twilio) that must receive the number to deliver messages and process opt-outs.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in lists to lead generators or unrelated brands. Customer production texts, when a customer’s own number is registered, are sent under that customer’s brand and are governed by that customer’s notices plus this policy for data we process as their operator.

Opt out by replying STOP to any CSESC text, or email jeffrey@csesc.com.

4. Voice and AI processing

Calls to the AI Receptionist may be answered by an automated agent, recorded or transcribed, and processed by our hosting providers and by the AI speech provider the account is configured to use (including xAI / Grok when that key is attached). We use that audio and text to answer the caller, create a callback or text-back, and troubleshoot the service. We do not use your callers’ recordings to train public foundation models unless a separate written agreement says so.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run the service:

  • Twilio, Inc. — voice, SMS, number hosting, opt-out processing, and A2P / toll-free compliance.
  • Hosting, DNS, email, and payment processors that host csesc.com and the Operator apps.
  • AI speech / language providers configured on an account.
  • Professional advisors and authorities when required by law.

Those parties may only use the data to provide their service to us or as required by law.

6. Cookies and site analytics

csesc.com may use essential cookies to run the site and basic analytics to see which pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser. The site will still work for reading these policies.

7. Retention

We keep account, billing, consent, and opt-out records for as long as the account is open and for a reasonable period afterward so we can prove consent and honor STOP. Call recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed for the service and support, then deleted or de-identified, unless a longer hold is required by law or a customer contract.

8. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and least-privilege credentials on production systems. No method of transmission is completely secure. Report a concern to jeffrey@csesc.com.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. The SMS program is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect mobile numbers from children.

10. International operation

CSESC is a New Jersey corporation. Staff may access systems from other countries, including Thailand, to operate the business. If you are in the EEA or UK and we process your data, we do so to perform a contract or for legitimate interests in running the requested service. Thai Personal Data Protection Act rights, where they apply, may be exercised at the contact below.

11. Your choices

  • SMS: reply STOP, or email us to delete a number from the demo / Operator text list.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link or email us.
  • Access or correction: email jeffrey@csesc.com.
  • California residents may request access or deletion of personal information we hold as a business. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA.
